We’re for Dogs

Thoughtful pet portraits, anchored in nostalgia, personality, and care.

Inspired by the joy animals bring into our lives, Dog Daze Studios exists to honour dogs as true members of the family.

With years of experience in professional photography and a love for thoughtful, high-volume work, we focus on capturing meaningful moments that feel joyful, personal, and timeless.

Our approach celebrates connection, character, and the everyday magic shared between dogs and the people who love them.

Usually with snacks, loud music, and hot coffee reeeally close by.

Dog Daze was built to flow seamlessly between high-volume sessions and slower, bespoke portrait experiences.

From puppy school pawtraits, pop-ups and mini sessions in our mobile studio, to premium private sessions designed for deeper storytelling, we adapt our approach to suit every dog and every setting.

Whether you’re after a polished digital gallery, beautiful fine art prints, or something in between, we bring the same care and attention to detail to every shoot.

However you choose to work with us,

Meet Our Team

Founder. Photographer. Dog Person.

I’m a formally trained photographer with over 15 years in the photography industry. My work has taken me on a journey through high-volume studios, busy events, and creating portraits. All of this has shaped a calm, capable approach behind the camera.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved animals. I grew up with dogs, rabbits, and even rats! I started Dog Daze Studios to help other people celebrate the pure joy, comfort, and magic that comes from a strong bond with a pet.

I love designing our sets and dreaming up ideas — if there’s a backdrop in an image, chances are I made it myself. When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me listening to a history podcast, obsessing over the veggies in my garden, out on a nature walk, or relaxing in a hammock with a cheeky glass of wine.

Axel is my best friend and my soul dog. He’s the quiet constant behind Dog Daze, always nearby and always watching over what I’m doing (that is, unless there’s a bird around, in which case all bets are off).

He loves frozen peas, lives for a good butt scratch, and would absolutely sell his soul - and probably mine too - for one without hesitation.

Daisy is the newest member of the Dog Daze family. Where Axel is the calm, Daisy is the storm - curious, playful, and always finding a new adventure. She loves blueberries, couch cuddles, and sneaking in to her humans’ bed.

Axel and Daisy remind me every day why this work matters: to celebrate the comfort, joy and unassuming loyalty they add to our lives. They are at the heart of everything we do.
